（中央社洛杉磯23日綜合外電報導）美國職籃NBA雷霆隊（Thunder）「衛少」衛斯布魯克（RussellWestbrook）今天轟進45分，包括雷霆第4節最後進帳的15分，帶領雷霆以117比112分劈倒塞爾蒂克（Celtics）。
衛斯布魯克和塞爾蒂克明星後衛湯瑪斯（IsaiahThomas）正面交鋒，他在最後96秒攻下12分，投進連2記3分球。
衛斯布魯克說：「湯瑪斯打得很好，但我不需要任何人推我前進。」衛斯布魯克此役也攻進11助攻、11籃板，這是他連續第3場飆破40分。
衛少也拿下生涯第14次大三元，看來他本季在好搭檔杜蘭特（Kevin Durant）轉戰金州勇士（GoldenState Warriors）後適應良好。

【記者黃啟明台北報導】法務部政務次長陳明堂24日表示，有民眾檢舉，復興航空無預警停飛，日前還在販賣旅遊券，是否有詐欺嫌疑，就這一部分，台北地檢署已分案調查，並一併偵查有無涉嫌內線交易。
復興航空無預警停飛宣布解散，引發社會議論，陳明堂24日在立法院接受訪問時說，台北地檢署接到民眾檢舉，復興航空無預警停飛，日前還在販賣旅遊券，是否有詐欺嫌疑，就這一部分，台北地檢署已分案調查，並一併偵查有無涉嫌內線交易、詐欺、禿鷹炒作等問題。
陳明堂指出，關於詐欺是否會有侵吞公司財產的部分，台北地檢署在23日也針對上星期復興航空有提存新台幣12億元給律師做信託金費，擔心此信託會在將來造成脫產的嫌疑，所以聯絡了受信託的律師來協商。
陳明堂強調，協商後，知道這筆錢有特定用途，包括有6億元將用於勞工資遣費，另外6億元是對旅客及旅行社應有保障，沒有實施扣押，就由律師來切結，在動用前，要經過台北地檢署的同意，也就是俗稱的凍結。
至於是否針對復興航空董事長林明昇進行財產凍結或是境管，陳明堂說，境管目前還沒有，但若是要出境，是需要告知的，還沒有到限制出境的地步。2016/11/24
